I have observed that the native builds of Emacs (for example http://www.gnu.org/software/auctex/download-for-windows.html) use as default 'Courier new' which seem better (antialiased) than the default in the Cygwin builds or adobe-courier-medium-r-normal... in .Xdefaults! Is there a way to do a something similar in Cygwin builds? In general, How can one increase the 'fine' view of Cygwin-Emacs?
