Allight I solved the problem where i was unable to reattach to screen
under ssh by running:

$ ssh-user-config

Now I can detach and reattach to screens running under ssh. But only
from ssh. If I try to attach to a screen that has been run in ssh from
a CMD window it doesn't work. The other way around doesn't work
neither, that is if I run screen in CMD I cannot attach to it from
ssh.

Any hint? :)
