In order to support the latest version of cURL, I have added libssh2
packages to the Cygwin distro.  This is a small C library implementing
the SSH2 protocol.  It is packaged in three parts:

libssh2: documentation
libssh2_1: runtime, library ABI version 1
libssh2-devel: headers, static library, import library, libtool library

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
