I installed cygwin on several windows XP clients, and now I've got to set up a cron service, for the users to be able to backup their data (the crontabs will contains rsync calls). I tried several ways to set up the cron daemon, but i failed to find the good one... (i.e. using only the postinstall scripts, for a silent install) . So what's the best way to do a silent install of the cron daemon as a service for windows post containing only domain users ? (At the end, the users will only have an interface to select the files they want to backup, and the program will modify the cron tabs with rsync calls) Have a good day. -- Jack -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
