This release takes advantage of the mingw section added in the latest release of the 'man' package and moves the MinGW manpages to the mingw section. For a list of changes see below. To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
