Is there a way to call windows programs from inside a Cygwin shell? Specifically, I'd like to be able to open the Windows version of VMD from the Cygwin command line, like typing: $ vmd Ideally, that would open VMD at the directory I'm visiting in the shell, just like it works in Linux. Is it possible? Thanks a lot, Gustavo. -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
