This is not a topic for this mailing list but your problem is that you are sending email from samuel.thibault AT labri DOT fr. You should be able to send email to cygwin-apps-allow-subscribe-samuel DOT thibault=labri DOT fr AT cygwin DOT com to allow posting from the alternate address.
