No, that's perl again (/usr/share/autoconf/Autom4te/General.pm). There is really no need to keep reporting the same problem. It also happens occasionally when building cygwin, so I don't think any more reports are necessary. If you'd like to debug it however, I'm sure that would be appreciated.
