I have some small sh scripts... (unix type files)... but executing them results with nothing. Absolutely nothing. For example a simple sh file: [file] #!/bin/sh echo Test w [/file] will give the following output (x bits are set): [code] ~/bin $ sh cwer.sh ~/bin $ [/code] In addition... when I have tryed to see some man pages... I get the follwoing output: [code] $ man bash Error executing formatting or display command. System command (cd "/usr/share/man" && (echo ".pl 1100i"; /usr/bin/cat '/usr/sha re/man/man1/bash.1'; echo ".\\\""; echo ".pl \n(nlu+10") | /usr/bin/tbl | /usr/b in/nroff -c -mandoc 2>/dev/null | /usr/bin/less -isrR) exited with status 14592. No manual entry for bash [/code] I have uninstalled all pacakges and installed them again... but nothing. the same issue. Could anybody help me out? I have bash 3.2.9-9 and cygwin 1.5.22-1 installed.
