So, I want to use MPICH2 on my Cygwin. I compile it without problems, but when I must run mpd, it ask me to have a config file .mpd.conf with the attribute RW only for user. So, I do: "chmod 600 .mpd.conf " but it doesn't change the status of the file. I think that it is because of Windows System file (I'm under fat32). then mpd doesn't want to run without this configuration file. Can you help plz? Thank you, PS: I believe this subject has been discuss here but I didn't find it.... ================================================== Laurent NGUYEN 131, Rue Nungesser et Coli 93380 Pierrefitte sur Seine Tél: 0615945660 ================================================== -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
