- Switched back to man version from Frederico Lucifredi which is now
  actively maintained
  - makewhatis again creates its whatis databases below the base directories from
    MANPATH instead of one big database below /var/cache/man
  - makewhatis again does not depend on iconv and mktemp
- Added /usr/share/qt3/doc/man to man.conf

INSTALLATION:

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Save it and run setup, answer the questions and pick up
the above mentioned package from the 'Doc' category.

Note that downloads from sources.redhat.com (aka cygwin.com) aren't
