Ultimately, cgf maintains that web page, not me, but when the dust settles, I hope that an appropriate expression of appreciation for your generosity is in place. In general, I'm a bit gun shy when it comes to openly discussing financial matters on a public list; it is a bit too easy to hurt feelings when money doesn't change hands the way one of the two parties thought should happen.
