I signed the same copyright assignment long > before I worked for Red Hat and several other people did so, too, so ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Actually the copyright assignment form dates back from the times when Cygwin was owned by Cygnus Solutions, which was later merged into Red Hat. I signed the copyright assignment back in these times, too and the only big change since then is that I became a Red Hat employee. But don't be afraid.
