Upgrade to 1.5.20 or the latest snapshot. Then, create a symlink lib.cygwin-1.5.20-i686-2.5 or lib.cygwin-1.5.21-i686-2.5 to lib.cygwin-1.5.19-i686-2.5, respectively.
