Trying to use sftp and scp with large files results in a stack dump: Exception: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION at eip=00D049B9 eax=00000013 ebx=002298AC ecx=717D9EA7 edx=00229900 esi=7C809BF5 edi=717D9EA7 ebp=0022B920 esp=00228C54 program=C:\cygwin\bin\ssh.exe, pid 4992, thread main cs=001B ds=0023 es=0023 fs=003B gs=0000 ss=0023 Stack trace: Frame Function Args 0022B920 00D049B9 (258A0E02, 9F497FDC, 24701C1D, FE6D9D9D) End of stack trace I have also seen timeouts and disconnects when using bitkeeper. Interestingly, scp/sftp/bitkeeper work ok (just a little slow) when running within virtual (VMware) Windows XP installation on the same machine. The only suggestion from dell was to reinstall the OS. Does anyone have a fix for this?
