This version uses socketpairs instead of pipes for local connections to susequent applications, to circumvent (NOT solve) the problems with pipes hanging in some situations, as for instance discussed in the thread starting at http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2006-04/msg00767.html To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions. Look for "openssh" in the 'Net' category.
