I found a backup of cygwin install directory from my other computer dated July 2005. setup.exe is 2.457.2.2 not sure which cygwin release is that. It had apache-1.3.33-1 and it works fine. Got apache+php+Gallery & friends working :). Maybe this is not a apache problem? thx. Kent.
