No. The problem is just when the Win32Api Package is updated, all my DirectX Libs. aso. will be overwritten. As i want to use the standard CYGWIN dirs. I put together the latest DirectX SDK ( Dec. 2005 ) for CYGWIN / Mingw : http://www.syntheticsw.com/~wizard/tmp/SDL/cyg-directx-devel.zip It would be cool to convert this into a CYGWIN Package, add it to the CYGWIN dist. and delete the DirectX Files in the Win32API Package.
