My PS1: PS1='\[\e[32;1m\]\u@\h \[\e[0m\][\w] \$ ' with latest bash and readline, bash positions the cursor 1 position to the right of where it should be when cd-ed to the ~ directory. Is there any ETA when the more severe length calculation bugs that have existed since bash 3 will be fixed?
