Given that you already have to run a script to set up the mount points, there's no reason why you couldn't extend it to install sshd and any other services you wanted/needed... Hell, you could even wrap the entire thing in a .cmd/.bat script in order to automate it entirely.. (Assuming ssh-host-config and other similar scripts have a non-interactive mode..)
