OTOH, there's still a potential (minor) problem with the new fix, as it hard-codes the Windows directory into the entry. On my WinXP system, it is set to '%SystemRoot%\media\Windows XP Ding.wav', which, I presume, is of type REG_SZ_EXPAND. FWIW, Win2k uses just "ding.wav", with no path.
