The GNU diffutils are comprised of diff, diff3, sdiff, and cmp, utilities for showing differences between files. The manual also documents patch, which uses diff output to update files. We'd like to add the wdiff and patch utilities, as well as maintain the utilities more actively. If you can volunteer to help with this, please email maintainers AT gnu DOT org. (The prerelease version on alpha.gnu.org has the latest available source, if you want to peruse.) ---------------------------------------------------------- cheers, DaveK -- Can't think of a witty .sigline today.... -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
