Subversion, a version control system which aims to be a compelling
replacement for CVS, has been updated in the Cygwin net distribution to
version 1.2.3-1.

This is a new upstream patch release.

There are also notable additions to the Cygwin packaging:

* New package subversion-apache2, containing mod_dav_svn and mod_authz_svn,
the Subversion Apache modules.

* New package subversion-perl, containing the Subversion Perl bindings.

* The Subversion Book has been split out of the main package into a new
subversion-book package of its own.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
