SWIG, the Simplified Wrapper and Interface Generator, is a tool for easing 
the
interfacing of C/C++ libraries to scripting languages.

Its package in the Cygwin net distribution has been updated to version 
1.3.25-1.

This is a new upstream release.

the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
