Try a setup snapshot: <http://cygwin.com/setup-snapshots/>.  If
setup-2.506-alpha exhibits the same problem, please press Cancel from the
furthest screen you can get to (e.g., the "Select Packages" screen), and
post /var/log/setup.log.full to this list (preferably as an uncompressed
text attachment).
