I have had cygwin running on this Windows 2000 server for ~3 years. Other symptoms include - cannot stop the 'Cygwin sshd' service. Attempts to stop it fail. - cannot set the ''Cygwin sshd' service to Manual. Attempts to do so hang. Re-installing OpenSSH does not help, either. I reboot between each attempt. After being able to puzzle my way through minor issues in the past. This has me stalled.
