This previous version appears to be dependant on the system which manages the download files. Where can someone find the specific version - 1.5.11 ? Can this (the cygwin-1.5.11.tar.bz2) be placed into the installation directory structure and be an option during the execution of the setup application? or Do we need to find a "complete" set of files that were distributed with the 1.5.11 release? Appreciate any assistance with this situation.
