Is it fetchmail, procmail, or the two > together? I just tried my home fetchmail/procmail setup with the Cygwin 1.5.18-1 and 20050716 (i.e., latest snapshot) DLLs and it WFM. Note that the rest of my home Cygwin setup is from the 1.5.12-1 time frame.
