The last time I tried to include the Pascal frontend it was not gcc-3.4 ready, though there were patches available. And, more important, I couldn't find a MinGW version yet. I'll try to contact the MinGW GCC-Pascal maintainer. Until then please use the gcc-3.3.3 release if you need GPC.
