I have a screen shot of all the errors up if you want to see that showing it on mhash. If you state that /usr/share/mc/syntax/xml.syntax is not in the mhash package then how, if I unselect the mhash package, does it install just fine on both versions? I am not trying to question you, it is just confusing to me. Cygcheck, I have not used that to tell you the truth.
