This is essentially a bugfix update from upstream. No new functionality is added, though it is linked with the latest Cygwin releases of libncurses and libintl. I have also verified that SSL functionality actually works. To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system.
