It should be fixed now, so try a >snapshot. You mean the SETI AT home and related thread? That's the only one I recall along this line. That was solved in 1.5.14 and I assumed that the OP had actually run this problem against 1.5.14 as well, given his cygcheck output. That may be an invalid assumption.
