Actually, I'm now getting a coredump when trying to use both Net::FTP and LWP::UserAgent from perl. The crash is in cygwin_getprotobynumber /usr/src/cygwin-cvs/src/winsup/cygwin/net.cc:548 according to addr2line. I'll try investigating further.
