The interim version is at http://xarch.tu-graz.ac.at/publ/cygwin/release/perl-libwin32 (use http://xarch.tu-graz.ac.at/publ/cygwin/ as setup "User URL:") But I want to wait a bit for Rafael's answer about maintainership change, and for confirmation on the new libwin32 list about my proposed new Win32::Process functions and version bump. perl-win32-gui and perl-win32-api will be the next. New clamav and postgresql versions are also pending.
