I'll submit a seperate perl-win32-gui package together with the
missing perl-libwin package,
as soon as we finished our office move, fixed my router problems, and 
finished packaging phpwiki-1.3.11, postgresql-8.0.1 and clamav-0.81.
1-2 weeks.
