Hi

I am trying to use postgresql 7.4.5 in cygwin, using windows XP professional. I
get the error shown on the end of this message. I HAVE read the readme file
both
for the setup of cygserver and postgresql-7.4.5 

The cygserver appears to be running automatically, as shown in the Services
option of the Administration Tools. I have issued CYGWIN= server as suggested
by a previous answer to the same problem but no good..It's probably time to
give up..

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
