Apparently the Blackdoor virus include the cypcrypt-0.dll. Even we are not attached by the virus, the virus scan profile has been update to deal with this virus. During scheduled and real time scan, cypcrypt-0.dll was removed. Worstly, our proxy server has also updated to block the cypcrypt-0.dll. So even you try to re-install this crypt package, it will still not work. We have modify the proxy side not to exclude this file. We also add the not exclude in virus scan not to scan this dll.
