Install in two stages: start with the Base (default) installation and pursue to completion. Then re-start setup and continue with the Full installation. This should run to completion without any glitches. 2. Use http://www.cygwin.com/setup-snapshots/setup-2.457.2.1.exe instead of the standard setup executable. Again list experience suggests that this will proceed to completion without the (well-known) glitches induced by the standard setup.
