I was having the same problem and the offending package was libopenldap2-2-15 and my installed.db had the following line (please excuse the line wrap): libopenldap2-2-15 libopenldap2-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2-15-2.2.15-1.tar.bz2 0 I removed it and the problem went away.
