Well that helped, but I still don't have this file openssh-3.5p1-2.README or an equivalent for the version I got which I believe is 3.9p1-2 There was a file here >/usr/share/doc/ openssh called readme, but that isn't it. There's also a file here /usr/share/doc/Cygwin called openssh.README which looked interesting, but it's more of a change history then a how to install (couple of install tips at the end, but doesn't seem comprehensive.)
