For the nfs server i use the one provided with cygwin and it is working well, you just have to mount the directory with the flag "executable" to be shure that init will be executalbe. I also found that exporting a directory for everyone ( the *) doesn't work so i have to specify every ip adress i want to have access. I hope this will help you, Bertrand Le mer 25/08/2004 à 19:27, Alexander Povolotsky a écrit : > Hi, > > did any one tried setting Windows XP laptop as a > NFS server hosting NFS mountable Linux root file system with apps >(such as Busy-Box, etc,) - if so what software was used to implement > such NFS server ? > I was referred to use DiskShare for Windows NT/2000/2003/XP Pro > Shaffer Solutions' Windows NFS Server > http://www.accessnfs.com/nfs/DiskShare.asp > anybody tried that for the discussed purpose ? > > Thanks, > Alex > ------ > Want more information?
