Version 1.5 of the GSL (GNU Scientific Library), released at 05-07-2004
is now available as a binary package. This replaces the current
1.4 version.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
