I'm using emacs in the bash window, and the function keys aren't working. Also I had to remap the backspace key, and my HOME and END keys don't work. Based on what I say on the net, I am setting CYWIN=tty and TERM=ansi before starting emacs. Is there some better TERM type that works? Or some better way to do this? Thanks!
