Hi!

Good news: It's working now!

I tried many things, so I can't say why i'ts running.
Here are some presumptions:
I decreased the number of max_connections in the config file.
After a Windows-Restart postmaster gave no error messages and runs now
like it should.
Maybe something (like the 'rebaseall') has been 'activated' by the
restart. (After the 'rebaseall' I restarted too, but maybe it needs
more than one restart? Or the 'rebaseall' couldn't take(/show) effects
because my firewall had (perhaps) some problems shutting down before I
started postmaster... This is possible because I got a function error
message from the firewall after the last Windows-restart.)
