Hi 

I am a newbie to the C++ programming. I need to
use C++ genetic algorithm library for my dissertation
work. However, I tried very hard to solve the linking
error and setting with my VC++6.0. 

Now I am thinking to use cygwin platfrom.Do you think
it would be wise to switch to this platform?
