I can point to the Cygwin packages page which lists all the packages available for installation with Cygwin and all the files that come with them. It's essentially the same list you get when you run 'setup' but this page will allow you to see all the files in these packages as well, if that's you're interest. 'setup', on the other hand, lists the packages by category by default, in case you're looking for packages of a particular genre. The Cygwin package page can be found at: BTW, defragging your drive won't gain you any space. It will only help group your free space. You may want to consider compressing all or parts of your disk if you're really short on space.
