I can mount my laptop (XP) cygwin disk without problems on my PC rh 7.3 as long as the firewall on the PC (ipchains) is off. From PC: /usr/sbin/rpcinfo -p laptop program vers proto port 100000 2 tcp 111 portmapper 100000 2 udp 111 portmapper 100003 2 udp 2049 nfs 100003 2 tcp 2049 nfs 100005 1 udp 834 mountd 100005 2 udp 834 mountd 100005 1 tcp 837 mountd 100005 2 tcp 837 mountd Accepting ports 111 2049 834 and 837 in the ipchains rules is not sufficient.
