I've created /etc/passwd and /etc/group as follows: mkpasswd --local --domain > /etc/passwd mkgroup --local --domain > /etc/group My system configuration is: Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600] Cygwin 1.5.5-1 What am I overlooking?
