Oh, I see - yes, we are vehemently agreeing. Actually, the file inside gcc-mingw-20030911-2.tar.bz2 is called etc/postinstall/gcc-mingw-3.3.1-20030804-1.tar. (No .gz, and look at that date mismatch!).
