How are you invoking procmail in your .fetchmailrc? Are you following the recommended usage as documented in the Cygwin fetchmail README? mda "/usr/bin/procmail -d %T" FWIW, Cygwin fetchmail/procmail has properly processed well over 100K emails since I cut over to this email processing solution in July 2001.
